Access to this website is free. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to harm how it works. Texts, designs, logos and images belong to ROXI.es or to clients who have authorised their use as portfolio samples, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Data protection

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018:

  • Controller: Roxana Cenușă Popescu (ROXI.es), with the contact details above.
  • What data: what you enter in the contact form (name, email, what you need and your message), or in an email or WhatsApp message you send me.
  • Why: to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare quotes, invoice and deliver the service.
  • Legal basis: your consent when sending the form and, where applicable, performance of a contract and tax obligations.
  • How long: enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within a year at most. Billing data is kept for as long as the law requires.
  • Recipients: nobody, unless required by law. The website and email are hosted on our own servers, managed by ROXI.es and Palma Solutions, with no data passed to third parties.
  • Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to roxi@palma.solutions. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
